THIS. There’s likely going to be an influx of new Harley Quinn fans after Suicide Squad is released, and I really, really hope that they aren’t going to be dissuaded from joining in on fandom activities because of nerd snobbery and the fear of being picked on by “older” Harley fans. 

Regardless of whether you’ve been a fan of a character for five years or five minutes, you have the right to enjoy a work of fiction without feeling like you have to live up to someone else’s standards.
